1 Year Manufacturer Warranty

Your home contains a 1 year factory warranty on materials and workmanship, which includes structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and weather-resistance systems.

Appliance Warranty

All appliances, including water heaters, furnace, stove, microwave, refrigerator, etc. have a complete one year warranty from the manufacturer of that particular appliance.

Cosmetic Warranty

Your home will have a cosmetic warranty, but all cosmetic items must be submitted to the factory or retailer within 30 days of home delivery to be covered. We encourage all new homeowners to perform a walk through of their home within the first couple of weeks of taking possession of the home to ensure cosmetic items are warranted.

Other System Warranties

Other system warranties include the air conditioner, OSB flooring, vinyl siding, shingles, etc. These warranties are direct from the manufacturer of the products. Ask your retailer for details on the warranties on these items.

Extended Warranties

There are many different types of extended warranties that may be purchased. These warranties start after the original warranty from the manufacturer has ended. Ask your retailer for more information and pricing on these warranties.

Home Owner Insurance
